The festival program traditionally consists of competitive and special programs.
The competitive program of festival is international annual review of works made on the crossing between film, animation and contemporary art. Organizers don't set an annual theme of festival but as a such short format of works doesn't need long time for production, it allows authors to be simultaneously actual in due course and artly to interpret life realities. The general spirit of films of this year can be characterized as visualized existentialism - "Me and the others".
It is especially brightly shown in such works as "Luka and Mor" - a minute thriller by Eugenia Tamakhina (Moscow), in film "Beyond" by Andrea Lombardi & Claudio Bonoldifrom from Milan, in the video-message of Finnish director Joonas Makkonen, in a psychodelic monologue "Issakan Dan" by Alexander Petrelli, in animation "Karma at Kinema" by Chris Dovkina (Shri Lanka), in Elena Gorbachevoj's erotic drama "Slave of love", in Sergey Bratkov's political satire - "Goats". These and other participants are called to illustrate the yet not shown possibilities of extra short format. Length the whole program - 60 minutes
