Submission for 11 Extra Short Film festival is opened !
The main condition of participation in ESF is the limit on the length of film - 60 seconds or less.
The films also should contain attributes of the so-called "feature-length pictures" - title, plot, ending.
Entries for competition are limited by no more than two films from the same filmmaker for different nominations.
Festival accepts entries in the following formats: miniDV - PAL, DVD - PAL or CD .
The films sent on CD should content the following parameters:
extension: .avi, .mov or .mpg
frame size: 720x576, 25 fps,
compression: dv - pal
We accept links for downloading films from Internet . The downloaded file should contents same paremeters as above.
Films containing text or dialogue should be dubbed or subtitled into English...more
